About payment and Delivery

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Austrian Postal Service for the orders from Austria. For all the orders coming from other countries in the EU, is used Go-Express and DPD for other areas.

How long does it take for home delivery?

It depends on the country:

AT Austria- 1 day

DE Germany / CZ Czech Republic – 1-2 days

IT Italy /CH Switzerland -2-3 days

ES  Spain /FR France/IE Ireland – 3-4 days

LI Lithuania – 4-5 days

Can I collect from a local store?

We do not count with local stores. However you can contact us or our distributors to answer this question.

Do you deliver during weekends?

No we do not.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number, and you can track it in the DPD website, Austrian Post, and GO express.

I'm new, how do I order?

You can call us, order by email, or the website, but we need all of your information: doctor´s name or contact name, e-mail, address (billing and shipping), telephone number, country. The reason is that we do not deliver to every country in the world. However you can contact directly with our partners.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards on online shop only – Mastercard, VISA, American Express. Sofort and SEPA are also possible. But is not possible when ordering by phone call, email or Whatsapp. In this case the invoice, delivery and deposit slip will be sent attached on the package.

Can I use a different payment method?

Yes. You can use PayPal, Sofort and SEPA to pay for goods only throughout our website. We do not accept cheque or store cards.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Do your prices including VAT?

All our online prices include VAT.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

You can contact us directly and ask.

A part is not listed online so can you order for me?

The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?

Refund is only possible when the order was wrong. If you have any questions please contact our customer service.

Where is my order?

Most of our deliveries are sent via UPS and we will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order. You can also find the tracking number on your order in My Account

Can the billing and shipping address be different?

Yes, is possible that the billing address and shipping address is different.  But, billing address and shipping address has to be always in the same country.

You can get an update on your order status by checking your order in your My Account section. You will need to log in to access this area. In each order is possible to see the current status.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us directly. The products have to be sealed and in the original package.

Who pays for return postage?

When there is something wrong in the order, you have a complaint or there is a faulty item we cover the costs. However, when you make a wrong order then you must pay for the delivery costs.
