Cookies

Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies which are necessary to allow electronic communications or to provide certain functions you wish to use (such as the shopping cart) are stored pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1, letter f of DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure an optimized service provided free of technical errors. If other cookies (such as those used to analyze your surfing behavior) are also stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

You can deactivate the storage of cookies via your browser settings and delete already saved cookies at any time in your browser. Please note, however, that this online offering without cookies may not work or may only work to a limited extent.

5. Plugins and tools

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used to help make our website appealing. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of YouTube under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

6. Web analysis

We need statistical information on how to use our online offering to make it more user-friendly, measure reach and conduct market research.

For this purpose, we use the following web analytics tools. The usage profiles created by the tools using analytic cookies or by evaluating the log files are not merged with personally identifiable information.

The providers of the tools process data only as a processor according to our instructions and not for their own purposes.
The tools either do not use users’ IP addresses at all, or truncate them immediately after the survey.

For each tool you will find information about the respective provider and how you can object to the collection and processing of data by the tool.
It should be noted that the opt-out function is in use or browser-related and in principle only applies to the currently used terminal or the browser. If you are using multiple devices or browsers, you must use the opt-out on each individual device and in each browser.

Social plugins

This online offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) from the following providers:

Plugins of the social network Facebook; Facebook, 1601 p. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, and www.facebook.com of Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, (“Facebook”).
At http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins; You can find information on data protection on Facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

The various providers of plugins are summarized under the term “plugin providers”.

Only when the plugins are activated by you, your Internet browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective plugin provider. Log in (Log in). Log files (including the IP addresses) are transmitted from your Internet browser directly to a server of the respective plugin provider and possibly stored there. This server may be located outside the EU or EEA (e.g., in the U.S.A.).

The plugins represent independent extensions of the plugin providers. Therefore, we have no influence on the extent of the plugin providers collected and stored by the plugins data.

If you do not want the plug-in providers to receive and store or re-use the data collected via this online offer, you should not use the respective plug-ins.

Basically, you can prevent the plugins from being loaded with add-ons for your browser, so-called script blockers.
For more information about the scope of the collection and the further processing and use of your data by plugin vendors as well as your rights and ways to protect your data, refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
